Project Manager

As a Restoration Contents Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing a relationship with our customers and our clients. You will ensure the project is scoped, written and managed with industry leading results and customer service. You will work with the insurance carriers, as well as the property owners, to create an agreed upon scope of repairs. This position is responsible for both supervising and providing operational support in remediation efforts for our client’s contents. Main functions will include overseeing and performing tasks related to contents packing, moving, manipulation, and storage.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the inventory, packout, wrapping, staging, and pack back of contents.
• Point of contact for communicating with clients and insurers.
• Responsible for the safety program and training new hires.
• Oversee and assist in the manipulation of contents at the loss site.
• Ensures CRDN’s packout and inventory process and procedures are followed by all team members.
• Ensure all contents are correctly wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transport.
• Ensure all contents are accurately loaded on the moving vehicle.
• Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections.
• Ensure yourself and the team’s appearance guidelines are followed.

Working Conditions / Physical Abilities:
• Must be able to ride and/or operate a motor vehicle on a daily basis for extended periods of time.
• Climb in and out of vehicles and stairs.
• Continuously sits, walks, bends, crouches, kneels, climbs, lifts (occasionally above shoulder).
